*The HollyShorts Film Festival opening night celebration takes place on Thursday August 7 opening at the legendary Egyptian Theatre ( 6712 Hollywood Boulevard ) in Hollywood in conjunction with the American Cinematheque. The evening will feature the Hollywood premiere of actor Josh Brolin’s (“No Country For Old Men,” “American Gangster”) short film “X” along with several additional acclaimed and award winning short films.
