By coincidence, she stumbles onto Ariel, who turns out to be pleasant (and confusing) company. Meanwhile, Juan arrives in Argentina after many years away and gets to know Micaela, who, abandoned by the departure of an old love, transforms in the same manner as the city itself.

Saturday, November 21st - 8:00 PM

Double Feature:

Los Angeles Premiere!
MUSIC ON HOLD (MUSIC EN ESPERA), 2009, Outsider Pictures, 106 min. Dir. Hernán A. Golfrid.
Two opposites - blocked composer Ezequiel and unwed pregnant bank executive Paula - are drawn together when Ezequiel finds inspiration in a piece of music he hears while on hold with the bank where Paula works. He needs the music, and Paula needs a guy to pass off as her boyfriend to her visiting mother. What ensues is one of the most delightful pairings in recent cinema.

Los Angeles Premiere!
MATTER OF PRINCIPLES (CUESTION DE PRINCIPIOS), 2009, Linea de Tres Producciones, 115 min. Dir. Rodrigo Grande.
In his second feature, Rodrigo Grande (GANGS FROM ROSARIO) reunites with star Federico Luppi to tell a Capraesque tale of the struggle between ethics and pragmatism. Luppi is an aging gentleman who finds himself becoming a dinosaur in a world of deteriorating manners and increasing greed. When a new boss (Pablo Echarri) takes over at Luppi's company, conflict is inevitable.

Sunday, November 22nd - 7:30 PM
