STORMY WEATHER – A Tribute to Lena Horne
February 13th, 2019 at 7:30pm STORMY WEATHER - The Life of Lena Horne In celebration of Black History Month, author James Gavin who penned the book of the same name will explore the life and career of legendary superstar Lena Horne. Rare film and television clips of Ms. Horne will be featured and the author will be signing copies of his book after the program. Presented by The Hollywood Foreign Press Association and The Hollywood Heritage Museum.

March 13th, 2019 Anna May Wong and Marion Wong: Chinese American Film Pioneers Overcoming prejudice and discrimination, Chinese Americans Anna May Wong and Marion Wong were female pioneers in the early American film industry. Film Clips and discussion regarding barriers they were forced to overcome highlight the event presented by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and The Hollywood Heritage Museum.
